Dunwoody wins first game of the season, routs Lithonia

The Dunwoody Wildcats showed their fans that they could turn their season around, by beating a very good Lithonia team on the road, 38-21, picking up their first win (1-3). Dunwoody started the game off with a trick play pass to Dewayne Brown who ran untouched 80 yards into the endzone for a TD, and just like that, they were up 7-0 with less than 30 seconds into the game. On the very next drive, Breon Isaac intercepted a Lithonia pass, evaded tacklers and returned it for a TD, as the Wildcats were then up by two touchdowns less than 2 minutes into the game. Dalen Claytor also sparked the Wildcats second half when he caught a long pass for a touchdown with 0:00 left on the clock before halftime. Dunwoody kept their lead and picked up the win. They face Lakeside at home next week.
